After reading good reviews we went to the Enterprise Car Rental office at the Trump National Doral Miami.

Although the lady at the reception of the Park told us they should present, there was at the office of Enterprise no any employee present who could help us, after a while I called the phone number of Enterprise Car Rental and after some options I could not get anyone on the phone and that for several times.
We waited for half an hour and after that we left to find another car rental which could help us out.

I cannot figure out how they get these high ratings.
