Budget Car Rental

Very bad costumer service, I left the place and went to another car rental I couldn’t handle the attitude of the person who didn’t help me .

Let me just start by saying that I never really take my time to leave reviews good or bad but I had to leave this one star review as a warning to anyone considering renting from this place. If i could leave 0 stars I would because they honestly don’t deserve one star. I reserved a premium suv and payed for it in full a week in advance. I called budget the day before I was supposed to pick up to make sure they would have the vehicle and the lady that answered the phone said she would have to call me back because she had to many customers (im also a customer) and she literally hung up on me in the middle of me talking and never called me back. The following day I received a call from the same rude lady an hour before I was supposed to pick up the vehicle telling me that the car that i reserved and payed for was not available. Im not sure why a car that I reserved a week in advance would not be available ? I didn’t want to deal with the horrible customer service at this location so I decided to call budget directly they apologized and sent me to another location but when I got there I was greeted by another rude employee that told me she doesn’t know why they would send me there but they don’t have the car. I then called them back and they apologized again and told me the only place that has the car is at miami international airport so I went there because it was an hour before I was supposed to leave and there was no other company that had the car that I needed at the last minute. When got to the airport I was told by the gentleman that there no premium suv available and all they had was a standard suv. I had no choice but to take it or cancel my family vacation. the car they gave me had horrible gas mileage and a broken radio we had no choice but to drive 13 hours very uncomfortable in a car where we barely all fit which was the reason I booked the larger one in advance. For anyone considering renting from this location or budget in general take this as a warning the price may be cheap but you get what you pay for. Needles to say I will never rent from this place again this company has horrible service

Lord help you in Miami! We picked up the filthiest car I’ve ever picked up from a rental agency in my life. We have been fast break members for over a decade and rented dozens of cars and trucks. Had to turn this in for an exchange at the airport because I’m not paying you so I can go clean your dirty car and the attitudes with these people are non stop!
