I waited over an hour to get picked up to get to my appointment and two hours to get picked up from the appointment and dropped back home. This is ridiculously unprofessional!

The service that East Coast Transportation provides to their patients is the BEST. I don’t have any complaint. They are very reliable and their drivers are all super nice. They are always on time and the company always call me ahead of time to let me know when and what time their drivers will be picking me up.

In addition, their drivers always call me the day of my appointment to let me know their estimated time of arrival (ETA). Also, they always pick me up on time, when I am done at my appointment place to take me back home.
I se the way the drivers treat al the patients riding the bus with me and their treatment is always very professional and courteous, especially with the third generation people.

I have thus far a very good experience with this transportation company.

With the Exception of Driver Manny. The rest of the drivers need more training. My driver thiso morning was an hour late. Didn’t assist me with my Walker. Wasn’t wearing his seatbelt and to make it even worse, was watch a show on his phone, placed in front of the steering wheel in front of the Vans speedometer. Really, while transporting patients. He should be fired. Not to mention his driving is pour.

Again your driver Manny, is the best around. He is friendly, respectful, on time, calls if he is running late. He is exceptional.

Where can I send the photo proof of my driver watching a program on his phone while driving?
