My sister was selling her house and not with much luck. I talked her into spending some money un dressing it up for better curb appeal i suggested a little landscaping and having a mason come out and install stone on the exterior walls like flagstone thats so popular here in Dade county .We found the Rock and stone specialist website and were eager to get an estimate . Ray came out and talked us into installing stacked stone instead of just having Flagstone stuck flat against the wall he proved that we didnt need to cover the whole house but rather just accent the existing beauty of the home not only did he do a great job but he came under budget and less than the other two guys we had come out just to be smart. Almost every single person that came to see the house commented on how beautiful the stone was . Well needless to say the house sold fast and my sister was able to get an additional 10 k for it after the the cost of the $500 in landscaping and the stone work.
I’d recommend Ray company to anyone thinking of having some work done to bring up the value of thier home especially if thier selling thier home like we were .
