American Pediatric Dental Group Doral

I don’t recommend this office for several reasons. One of them is the customer service personnel at the counter. They play with the appointments and with total lack of empathy and if they were doing a favor to you they tell you that your kid has to wait 5 or 6 months to fix a cavity. Event though the dental assistants are professionals and nice, we had to wait hours for a doctor to check on my daughter. Today, my daughter was waiting on the chair 40 minutes for the doctor to come. We just walked out of the office without seeing the doctor. It was totally unacceptable and this situation has happened every time. Your waiting time really sucks!

I could rarely accompany my children to the dentist but today I could see that he has been in excellent hands, Dr. Ana Mejia is an AAA professional without any discussion and her employees too

I’ve been taking my niece to this office since she is one and I have to say it’s a really amazing place to take your little ones for their dental first experience! I also have to say that they whole staff starting from the front desk, assistants and doctors are amazing! The manager is also very helpful and kind! 100% recommended.

My mother in law took my daughter to the American Pediatric Dental Group on Thursday 12/26/19 because she broke the filling of one of her teeth. I was at work and calling many places to take her for a check out but they were the only ones who answer the phone that day. Very professional.

My mother in law was really impressed with the service, the place and with the doctor! She really loves this place and obviously she will recommend it to anyone

Thanks to all doctors, especially Dr. Sara Aza, changed the life of our son Jason, after he met on regular appointment, was awesome find a solution to my son start to talk. After surgery in his tongue. My son has Autism and he can’t talk… Right now is a different story. Thanks to Dr. Aza.
