My daughter was visiting us from college we had scheduled a cleaning appointment for her since December for March 6, 2020. When she arrived at the dentist office the staff told her that she was 15min late and they couldn’t take her in. That all cleanings only take 20 min.
My daughter explained the parking situation to them and the staff told her there was nothing they could do for her. My family and I have all waited over 20 min to be seen by this dentist before. They couldn’t make the exception for her.

1. The dentist place isn’t quite visible which makes it hard to find.

2. There’s no parking available in the plaza so you have to wait for a parking space to become available.

I have cancelled all services with them and will not be returning.

They don’t know how to work with customers. Poor customer service and would not recommend.

The doctor was really genuine, Gentle, & gentleman I’ll recommend this office to anyone they are the best thanks again I appreciate your kindness & I will be back 😘

Dr. J. Echeverri work is excellent. He takes time to explain the treatment and answers all questions. Staff is professional and attentive.

A very nice Dental Office. The lobby is well lighted and clean with enough seats. The Administrative Assistants are experienced, professional and helpful. They greet everyone with a sincere warmth smile. And when they confirm the appointments over the phone, their voice is corteius, low and pleasant. Also I had an enjoyable experience with the Hygienist who performed my teeth cleaning.
I was happy to schedule my appointment in six months. Thanks a lot and keep up the good work girls!
