Miami International Mall Dental, located at Miami International Mall: Specialties We have two general dentists for adults and teens as well as a pediatric dentist for children. Our schedule is as follows: Monday (Dr. Harold Acosta): 10am – 5:30pm     (general dentist) Tuesday (Dr. Rhona Guilarte): 2pm – 7:30pm  (general dentist) Wednesday (Dr. Melanie Bond): 9am – 1:30pm   (pediatric dentist) Thursday (Dr. Malavi Patel): 10am – 5pm   (general dentist) Friday (Dr. Harold Acosta): 10am – 5:30pm       (general dentist) Saturday (Dr. Rhona Guilarte): 10am-3:30pm   (general dentist) Sunday: No Doctor Because we are located inside of the Miami International Mall, near Forever 21 and H&M store, we abide by the mall hours and are able to make appointments and assist those who call after the doctors have left for the day.

You have to wait a really long time to get into a room then they make you wait even more. Their time management is terrible. Don’t come to this place.

I just had the manager on the phone threaten to dismiss my brother out the office when her own management failed to correctly communicate with the insurance company to confirm pricing. From Monday her dental staff had asked for a day to communicate with the insurance but then Tuesday I got no call back and was told to call myself. Wednesday I’m told to eat another day for them to connect with the insurance company. Then the manager disconnected the phone call on me and didn’t answer the following calls I made after that. Absolutely rude behavior from the front staff.

Exceptional customer service and very fast. Great affordable prices and super friendly people working there. Special thanks to Dr Gonzales and her assistant Laura for my new smile, they basically did restoration of my front teeth which was almost done. Magic. Great people working there and they made my day fulfilled with positive emotions and made my Hollywood smile in 30 minutes of time. Highly recommended

BE AWARE !
This people where billing to the insurance services that they NEVER performed to my Son. Dr Omar is an scammer he billed 9 services that he never did. This people shouldn’t be at this places.
The place its filthy chairs,walls,baseboards its not a clean environment to perform dental procedures 🖓.

It was a good experience. I was hesitating to go there after reading bad reviews. The only complain from my part is the waiting time. We waited for more than an hour.
