Neucare Helath Svcs pésimo servicio no llaman a confirmar las citas, uno llega a la cita y el médico ya se ha retirado y a uno no le avisan ni por cortesia que el médico se va a retirar así que no les recomiendo ir a perder su tiempo a este lugar

I go there to meet with the Dermatologist. I’ve had atopic dermatitis for more than 3 years and throughout that time I have never met a derm I liked until now. Waiting times for appointments are pretty quick compared to others. The staff is excellent and very friendly with great customer service and the Dr., well, I am just very happy I found a derm that actually cares. The Dr. takes her time and really cares and listens to me. She considers my concerns and actually tries to provide solutions based on said concerns. I’ve had derms that literally just looked at me , wrote down for some steroid, and left the room. I felt that every derm at this point were all the same and that I just had to trudge through another one just to get my prescription refilled.

But not this Dr. She provided solutions that other doctors didn’t. Because of her, my eczema has greatly improved. I feel very comfortable coming here and speaking with the staff and Dr. Ever time I go, the staff and doctor take their time with me and show genuine interest on my progress. The entire staff and the doctor are very knowledgeable. I couldn’t ask for anything better.

If you are in need of a dermatologist, look no further. I highly recommend Neucare. Also, the staff as well as the doctor speak both english and spanish. This is great for me because although I can speak spanish, I prefer a doctor that speaks english since I can express myself much better in english.
