Honestly I received such horrible service here apart from about 1-2 people who actually tried to help me. I purchased a phone unlocked from them and I received the phone on a different plan and was unable to use it, when i first went to them for help the employee just said there was nothing they could do and i needed to send it back myself. I had to make so many trips back and forth until a nice young man and woman said they could get me a refund and return the phone for me after the company had failed to deliver what i asked for. I am currently awaiting my refund, hopefully its here soon so i can purchase from another store who will get me what i ask for

I have been hunting for a TV for the past two weeks. I did a lot of research and came up with 3 options in my price range I was willing to buy. 2 of them were sold out everywhere. 1 of them was shown to be in stock in a few different best buys in the area. At each of the 4 stores that said they had it in stock, Hialeah was the closest to me (40 minutes away). Each of them said they only had 1 left in stock. I didn’t want to trust a number that low, so I called the store to ask if they still had it. Mind you, I had been on the phone with 3 other stores throughout the week and had great experiences. I have called the Hialeah store 4 times, with no one answering for the past 2 hours. I have been on hold for this last call for 1 hour, and its incredibly frustrating because the phone will play hold music, and then switch to rings after a minute, when no one inevitably answers, it goes back to music for another 20 seconds, then rings again. I find it difficult to believe that a store that is OPEN, would just let the phone ring and ring and ring like that. No one answered, or asked me to hold, or even checked in to see if it was going to be a difficult task to resolve. It wasn’t. It was a quick question I needed an answer to so I could place an order with their store or not. Very frustrated.

Excellent service.. Young lady at the asked me what item i was looking to purchase. She went and got it, and left it at the counter. So when it was my turn to enter the store, I went right to the counter and purchased my item.. Love it.. Stress FREE.. 5*****

The store has no customer service, and to mistreat customers when they ask questions. Some of the employees have severe anger issues. I would definitely say to avoid this store completely
