Worst custumer services EVER……i am HERE right now BUYING A NEW PHONE… and I requested to use the bathroom. And they said NO because is only for employees and i am pregnant….INCREDIBLE….the DON’T CARE

Terrible, predatory practices with zero empathy. Will run your credit and then change the agreed upon prices as a way to hold you hostage and bully you into paying.

Best costumer service ever! Oswaldo Ruiz is a champ. That guy must be supervisor! He was very professional, totally emphatic with my issue and even though it was hard to solve it, he managed the situation brilliantly. Congrats for him an his team. I would totally recommend that store to everyone. Thanks!
