I bought a wireless keyboard and mouse, but when it arrived it was missing the USB plug. I wrote, got an immediate response and was sent out a replacement (which, by the way, had the plug in the mouse) the same day. What great customer service! I’d be very happy to use this company again and have all ready recommended it. Great job!

These guys are amazing! They rescued a laptop i thought was a complete writeoff for a really amazingly fair price. I shipped from NYC and their communications were great and the whole experience was excellent. I couldn’t recommend them more.
