Found this studio while searching a rehearsal space in Miami. On Saturday June 8th I decided to call and I was able to speak with Carlos who took my information and told me that he would “give me a call back” to confirm my booking for Wednesday June 12th at 8P but I never received a confirmation call back.

On Sunday, I decided to give them another chance and call them back to confirm my booking. I spoke with Carlos again and he told me that Wednesday was already booked. We then decided to book our rehearsal for Thursday night.

I provided Carlos with my name and email address over the phone because he said that he was going to email me with a confirmation email so I could provide him with my technical rider.

That email never came through so I decided to book another studio. On Wednesday morning I received a text message from Carlos (completely unprofessional) asking me to send him a technical rider. I then informed him that I never received the confirmation email so I was forced to book another studio.

Carlos proceed to tell me to “relax” because he didn’t have my email which I had provided over the phone together with me name which he continued to mispronounced after I had spelled it out for him a bunch of times.

**WHO TELLS A COSTUMER TO “RELAX”?**

It’s very sad to see a business run this way. My experience with 305 Music lab was completely unpleasant because it was managed in a very unprofessional manner.

I do not recommend this business if you are a person like me, that’s organized and like to keep a schedule. I was really hopeful to go and use this rehearsal space (hence why I gave them a second chance after they never called me back) but I will not be using this studio due to their unprofessionalism and lack of costumer service.

It is not your traditional music school and that is what I feel makes it unique and much more approachable, for kids any age who don’t necessarily like the idea of sitting one on one with a teacher ( although they do have the option here to do so..) instead here they have 1. young coaches who kids adapt to easier and find less intimidating. 2. They get to be/work with kids of their exact age. 3. This place allows the child/teen to at their personal pace go discovering their love for singing or any of the instruments provided at this academy.

Cb music lab is overall a lovely place to be where you will find it to be like another home.

My son was one of the first students here, and not only he learned music but made lifetime friends. As a parent, being a witness of the talent displayed in this one-of-a-kind music academy, is a complete pleasure. I have seen many kids come and go through the CB Music Lab, all of them are amazing human beings, and I an certain that in a great manner thanks to the efforts of Cristina Belisario and the team of excellent coaches. After all, how many chances have a kid of learning music with Grammy winners? My son did, and I won’t cease to say how proud I am.

I really like this music school. It is a different way to teach voice and music where there is freedom of expression and creativity. Everyone is friendly and having the performance show at the end of the year is a great way to keep everyone motivated.
