Never buy anything without checking it online first. Also they ask you to sign a document for “international warranty” which actually is a statement you can not return the purchase afterwards.

If you like a store that will kick you out because you actually know a thing or two about computers, then this stores for you. I studied IT at FIU, and I’m Comptia A+ certified. But when I asked what generation their i7 CPU processor was, they blatantly told me to leave the store.

I am hispanic. 100% Nicaragua by blood. My father came to the US as an illegal immigrant and now he’s what I dream to be. The employees are all hispanic. And they told me to leave the store.

Worst store i been on , i got a Christmas present went to return it they don’t refund, i changed it for something else with out checking for price somewhere else and i over pay 200 dollars on a camera that sell at best buy for 250 i will never go back in there

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING HERE. They treat you bad when you want to return something that does not work. They lied to me saying i could be able to return if the item does not work and i went back to return next day and they did not accept anything and were very rude. They said verbally i could do it and next day they did not accept anything.. this people has no word. Overpriced items and very bad treatment and bad return policy

Negotiations employ textbook strategies (like medium vs large drinks at the movies) so be careful. Know what you want because they will target you up and pile it on. Yes, we did buy but found out later we paid too much. Also got a 220v dock/charger with my phone🤔. Of course they didn’t disclose that.
