Worst costumer service ever. Basically waiting for them to install a piece of equipment for 7 months and in the last try the tech just basically forgot to create an appointment so i lost 1 day of job waiting for them and they never arrived. And when called to to their call center the agent (incredibly the manager) asked me why didn’t i call to confirm my appointment… just incredible.

I was disappoint that my initial request was not meet. The technician apologize for an error of miscommunication but it still was an inconvenience for myself. I do not know whether the original customer service representative disregard my request or where the miscommunication came. The technician was professional and courteous. I did get an alert but it was as if a power outage but it was not one, I check once I returned home. Was please with the action of response by local enforcement.

The gentleman that installed the units was great- very thorough, pleasant, knowledgeable and fast working. Every time I’ve called with questions the customer service was excellent and no wait time on hold! Great company..
