This place train people to sell not to solve problems. All they answered is need to call costumer service. A person came for an exchange and gave them different excuses for every littlechange the ladys needed to try. And last answered is ee can order for you. Second after someone else came in and they had the phone in stock shame on this ppl

I came in the store, panicked and Matt helped me out immediately. Service was speedy, professional and he is awesome at troubleshooting. Definitely glad I came in when I did. Customer service experience is a sure 10. 😊
