The customer service in this location is terrible. The young lady was not friendly, not very knowledgable and she was more concerned about doing her nails next door than helping customers. She first gave me a super high price for a new phone, the price posted online was so much lower. I got charged a transfer fee and more than half of my contacts are missing. Definitely not returning to this location.

Please stay away from this location. The young lady did not want to sell me a simple sim card and found an excuse not to attend me. It seems this dealer is trying to get phone sales. The location is empty and only had one person on staff. Apart from that they would speak trash in spanish in front of the customer.
