Good service the problem is that if u are a good costumer and loose or damage phone they make u buy a new one but if u walk in from street you get to choose a new phone for little or no charge or u can just go to a competitor and get same service and free phone for same price costumer loyalty is non existant so they rather loose a costumer in my case of many years than to match any new customer special ….where is the logic

Do not vuy a phone from an authorozed dealear… ALWAYS purchase from corporate store because If your phone comes defect the authorized dealear will not take careof your problem. They just send you to the corporate store and then there its an issue because they want you to go back to the authorized dealear for them to solve your problem.

Went today to buy a new phone (unexpected) and the servicd there was amazing! As i walked up the store, Natacha noticed i was going to MetroPCS. She stood up and immediately greeted me! She helped me find a phone within my price range. And while i was waiting to finish the process, they made me feel like i knew them forever! Chatting and laughing away. #bestmetropcslocation Thank you for making my experience great! 👏👏👏

The staff here is unbelievable this is the first MetroPCS dealer that doesn’t jump down your throat trying to sell you the most expensive phone ..there’s actually nice people there that put absolutely no pressure on you and when you’re ready to be attended they’re quite responsive to come out from behind the desk and help you with whatever you needs are I’d give them 10 Stars if I could
