Techs Friend

Great service

This is a great place for tech support.. I have had their services for about 2 yrs and they are great!!….
LOve that they have the patience for people who don’t know too much about computers….

All I wanted was to buy a Windows install disk, but no one would sell any, not even Techs Friend.

I had a few hours to kill though, so I decided to let Techs Friend install Windows for me despite being more than capable of doing it myself.

To my surprise, I walked in to find the employees in a good mood and very informative, telling me exactly what they would do with my computer.

Not only did they test the hardware and install the exact version of Windows I asked for, they installed all updates and manufacturer specific drivers and software and tested everything to make sure it worked properly, saving me about 2 weeks of my time hunting down drivers and software in between work and sleep.

They called me every no and then to tell me exactly what was going on and even asked me if I wanted them to install anything else.

It took them less than 3 hours, my computer works better than when it was new, and all for LESS than the cost of what I would have paid just for Windows online, and they even cover it under warranty.

I am damn glad I decided to go to Techs Friend.

Oh, I also waited to see if I would get spam like another had claimed. The only email I received despite giving them my work email address, was my receipt…

Great Company with a knowledgeable staff. My laptop was congested with so much spyware that I couldn’t even open up internet explorer or get rid of this annoying box that stays on the screen. I left my computer with them for 2 days and the cleaned it out. Not only did they get rid of all the nastiness, they saved all my pictures and files. I would highly recommend this team of experts and invite you to give them a call. 🙂

Great experience. No additional diagnostic charge like most places. Quick turnaround time. Great communication – called to tell me about the diagnostic results, when part came in, when completed. Will definitely return.
