Horrible customer service. The gentlemen that was cleaning the door needs to go to a customer service class. He needs to be made aware that it is a lot easier and less expensive to keep a past customer happy than competing for new customers. He told me that they are letting people in, if they know what they want. This is after I told him that i wanted to put a kitchen package together, like if I did not know why I was there for. I just turned around and left. Will get it at Brandsmart or Home Depot even if it is furtger or slightly more expensive. Just happened today at 4:10pm.

I went here several times within the course of one week. Each time I encountered a different set of employees. All except one time, they had the worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I have no issue with the store. It is what it is. Scratch and dent discount appliances. You get what you pay for. What I take issue with is how I was treated by Chuck the assistant manager and how he treated his coworkers while I was in the store. He interrupted multiple times forcing himself into conversations. Correcting his coworkers in a super rude manner. Talking down to my sales person like she was incompetent. He was all huffy and put out because he (as a manager) was asked a question. I had an issue with my delivery and i called the store for help. He was rude, raised his voice to me and then he hung up on me. No one with this kind of disposition should be in a leadership position of any kind.
