The Home Depot

Good service all employers wearing masks. Customer’s very poor social distancing. One customer was wearing his mask on his chin and caughing into his hands.

Welp, I looked online to see if they had a specific toilet in a specific color in stock. They said they had 34 of them. This store is 45 minutes south of me. Before I drove all the way down there to find out they ain’t got the toilets, I called. And called. And was on the phone listening to it ring for 30 minutes. After that, we just got in the truck and drove down. Yes, the store did have the item we needed, but why didn’t someone answer the phone? There were plenty of employees that my husband and I could see in the store, but a business with a phone number should answer the phone or have an answering service.

On April 25th 2020 I went to home depot located at 7899 W Flagler St, Miami, FL 33144. My intention was to renew my Tax ID Card and also buy some tools to resale. At first I was about to leave, since customer service was so overwhelmed that they said that I had to renew my ID somewhere else in the store and they were very rude. Fortunately I talked to an employee named ASSYRIA, known in the store by the nickname of Lulu, who helped me a lot, not only to renew my Tax ID Card, but also to find awesome store promotions. She went far and beyond and took care of me while I was at the cashier to be sure the Tax ID recently renewed was working right and I was not charged with the tax by mistake. I also was helped by Alex and Amado. I was very happy with my visit and purchases at the store. I highly recommend it.

It’s the Home Depot! Great selection for whatever project you’re working on, staff is helpful and parking is ample. Not to mention their indoor plant selection for hobbyist gardeners in amazing!

The home depot has been a great store for hardware, networking, garden, kitchen, electricity, lumber and much more. They have a great customer service and prices. When you go here you are able to find a variety of items to complete all your needs. They open extremely early and you are able to apply for their credit card especially if you have a company. They do export too in case you want to send items out of the country. I really recommend this place. You have Costco across from them and the mall with multiple stores.
