Mattress Firm International Mall

This review is solely for the services compared from Hialeah to Pembroke. John at the Pembroke location was amazing. He made this process less tedious than the previous visit at Hialeah, Mattress Firm. William Cordero is a schemer. Along the sale he was about to process, he called his friend from another store to boast about the sale he was going to make with us consolidating the LuxeBreeze, the two pillows and adjustable base with sheets. He was on the phone in front of us saying, “I’m about to get half the store, if the joint credits are cleared.” Then, continued expressing, he wasn’t going to let his friend get this sale, if we weren’t approved that same night…. We were sitting in front of him like we weren’t anything. He was previously a cars salesman… you know how it goes.
He’s not originally in this store; he occasionally travels between stores. But, if you find him, do not proceed with him. He tried up selling pillows with a temper mattress, saying it was “free” with mattress purchase… While John said, otherwise. It’s $99, per pillow.. John was straightforward and assisted with his professional recommendation. I only recommend, John, from Pembroke location. That’s where we made all of our purchases.

I decided to go to this specific Mattress Firm because of Cecilia. I read the reviews for each mattress firm and I was impress at the consistent good reviews that Cecilia was getting. I couldn’t have been happier with her service. It was excellent. We went with my in laws that are in their 90s and I needed someone like Cecilia to take care of them. She was very throughout and patient. Her customer service is second to none. We got a queen mattress with the adjustable frame and a full mattress with a box spring for my son. It is really refreshing to buy something and being help instead of being pushed to gain a sale. Cecilia is the best!
