XR Cabinets

Horrible customer service. My wife and I went there to look at there products. No one was in the store but us and one other customer. We waited 5 minutes before anyone even acknowledged us, even though two workers passed us by a few times. Then after finally being greeted, an associate came over and was very rude. We asked him for bathroom vanities and kitchen counters. For both products he was very short and dismissive saying “yeah, we don’t have those”. This was during the covid pandemic. We are shopping for a kitchen and two bathrooms. Most places we go hardly have any customers. You would think they would be dying for peoples business. I would go somewhere else!

Stay away unless you have money to waste. I went there to meet one of their salesman – Carlos Estupinan, paid him a deposit for cabinets and counter tops. 30 days later no cabinets unless i take the wrong cabinets they ordered (wrong doors) or deposit.
I gave them 1 star because otherwise review would not post.

This really deserves ZERO stars. This company sold me defective cabinets. I purchased kitchen cabinets in July 2018. They were delivered and installed, shortly there after they started to crack. I immediately contacted the seller and sent pictures of my defective cabinets. Countless documented calls, voicemails, emails and my defective cabinets have not been replaced. I have spoken to Victor and his staff many many times and communicated via email. Each time they make empty promises. I saved up for a very long time for my dream kitchen, and now I’m left with cracked and defective cabinets. Take my advice, take your business elsewhere.

Really good prices. Customer services was poor. I have to created the kitchen my self. Also very short on inventory. I was told several times that they have the merchandise available. I pay for the kitchen cabinets designed and at the time to pick up the kitchen cabinets a lot of pieces where missing. I had to change the entire design and expense more money. I also needed a panel to finish the island i call to see if they have it and in less that 5 day they sold the last panel they have. Their respond was that i need to wait until the new shipment from the port. I understood that i got what i pay for it. I don’t recommend this company.
