I don’t understand how is even possible they keep charging if the gym is closed. Unbelievable! And they are not even answering!!! And for what I know is only youfit because other gyms are not charging.

YOUFIT HAS BEEN CHARGING ME DESPITE THE GYM BEING CLOSED. INCREDIBLY, THEY JUST HAVE NO MERCY. WE ARE IN REALLY DARK TIMES IN TERMS OF PERSONAL FINANCES AND THRY KEEP CHARGING THE FEES LIKE NOTHING HAPPENS. NO ETHICS BY THEIR SIDE.

When in the world will you guys just replace the stair-machine? It rarely ever works and at times the center unit goes out leaving only 1 left. I see it in use at times when I know it shouldn’t.. and one day someone will bust their a.. on it and sue you guys. I know it pricey but it’s your establishment “Mr. owner”. And also empty the garbage when its fill instead of waiting till paper tumbles to the ground.. I know members drastically waste the paper towels when 5 sheets yanked out just to dab their faces even though 1 will do but at this point human nature shouldn’t be a surprise to you. Gym is good for the most part. Attend almost daily since early 2018 and was at Manhattan athletic club before.

This gym location is INCREDIBLE, I’m always motivated to workout in a friendly clean environment. This location offers so many amenities that other YOUFIT locations don’t have. Highly recommend it!!!!!!!!!! Front desk staff are friendly and on top of their members to be satisfied.
