terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY anything from this store. They don’t accept returns, and make you to pay additionally if you want to return the item. Also, parts are not as advertised. They can be advertised here as universal fit, but they are not universal and fit only particular models. This is a fraud company, I have never experienced a worst customer service in my life. Just terrible terrible terrible. One star is too much for them, If I could give it a 0 or negative star, I would definitely do it. Avoid this place, you have zero customer protection if you purchase from them.

They have a good number of selection for bathroom, kitchen and other construction items.

Staff are friendly and edger to help. Since the location is in Doral, common speaking language here was Spanish. Unsure how fluent English is here was not used during my visit.

Prices here are competitive compared to larger retails such as Lowe’s and Home Depot.

Door handles with keys use European style with holes/dent patterns in the side of keys.

Bathroom shower square drains can be found here, along with large shower heads for ceiling.

Great service and have a huge supply of cabinetry materials

Come here all the time and the customer service is always horrible. You have to literally call someone and force them to help you otherwise you will be standing and waiting. They help one at a time then handling multiple customers. They will help one person at a time even if they are just buying one door handle.the plywood I bought was the wrong one then what I saw the week before and when I went back to exchange, they said it’s mass production so it’s never exact. I understand that but the fact that one is a blonde color with no wood knots or burn marks to the one they gave me which is yellow and with burns and wood knots. Those are 2 types of wood finishes. Im a contactor so I know the difference but they didn’t care. Next time I’ll just go to home Depot as its the same price. I have posted pictures so you can see the difference and you can see they screwed up and didn’t care to fix the problem. A block away is another wood store which has excellent service if you can’t make it to home depot
