I am very happy with my services with Orkin and with my technician Joe Lorenzo Garcia at 196-MIAMI PC, FL location he is the best!! Very respectful, knowledgeable and helpful. He is very thorough with his work and can always give me answers to my questions and tips to keep pesky bugs away. I Definitely recommend this company and this technician.

Super responsive, thorough and honest. I loved my technician Joe. He really was interested in addressing my problem and not sugar coating what could happen if rats died inside the walls. He made himself available and was awesome. Much better than Truly Nolan, that’s for sure!

Hector came exactly at the time he scheduled, having called us the day before as well as in the morning before he arrived. He was fully protected with PPE and gloves, climbed up to the roof to see the problem, checked and reported it carefully, and will schedule a treatment. Could not ask for better service or a nicer person.

I love my pest control guy. He is so concerned about what I want, plus he educates me on way to keep all elements of nature out of my home. I think my annual contract is the best deal out there.
