I wish I could give NO STARS!! I ordered my mattress in August of 2019. It’s February 2020. I’ve been through the BBB and Klarna financing no seems to be to get in touch with these people. They took my money and I’m here still with no mattress no nothing. Every number I call is a dead end. Every email I write nothing comes back.. I got 1 email stating it was the CEO and gave me a number to call.. Guess what? Dead end. This company is a joke and very unprofessional!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM YOU WILL GET SCREWED!!!!

The worst presentation we ever heard off, the French guy who could not speak English, It says that the presentation will not exceed ONE HOUR, we were held hostage for 4 hours it started at 6 and not till 9:10 that we started to be served, not Red Lobster fault, He would not release the waitresses until he gave the OK around 9.
There were people that left and could not wait anymore, the guy is the worst. Diabetic people were complaining to no avail, he kept us that long doing it on purpose, the way it looked he only got one person maybe.

GOT HELD HOSTAGE AT ONE OF THIER EVENTS. 5 HOURS LATER FINALLY GOT THE DINNER THAT THEY PROMISED WHERE WE WERE NOT PRESSURED TO BUY. SALES REP WOULD NOT LET US EAT OR SERVE A CUP OF WATER WHILE HE WAS DONE WITH HIS PRESENTATION AND PRESSURING PEOPLE TO BUY. IF YOU GET INVITED, IT IS DEFINITELY NOT WORTH THE FREE MEAL AS I AM SURE A 10 DOLLAR MEAL IS NOT WORTH YOUR TIME.

We ordered our mattress on September 17 and we were very excited to receive it. We received a phone call that it would arrive mid October. It is now October 30 and we have heard nothing from the company. We have sent multiple emails and left numerous voicemails just to ask for an update and we have received no response. Apparently Carol is the person in charge of orders, but hasn’t returned a phone call or email. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I am very disappointed with this company….I ordered my mattress at a presentation on August 23,2019……I have yet too receive my merchandise!!!At this point I no longer want the mattress I just want my money back!! I should have known this sounded too good too be true and then when you try calling them you are always connected too the voice mail…..I went out and purchased the purple mattress what a good nights sleep I’ve had for the past month….please beware of this company!!!
