Where should I start? Parking is very limited. Was told we can park at the business next door. Once the guest went over the business next door said do not park there, you will get towed. So we double up on parking spots. The space was okay the music system was fine also. The cocktail hour must of flown right over us. We saw one server passing a tray and then it was done. We supplied our own MC, so when the bride and groom was ready to enter we asked for the champagne to be served. We were told to wait until the servers are ready. Moving on to the food. The waitress had dropped a serving cover on the floor picked it back up and put it back on the plate to be served. Waitress was very rude not everyone was served. We had to asked where the food was since she didn’t come back to serve the rest of the table. Then was told the kids food had ran out. They improvised with Mac and cheese and stuffed chicken. Which was not very good for adults as much as for children. They should of had a list of which kids at which table should receive kids menu instead of randomly giving it to older teenager kids instead of giving it to the 2/3/4 year olds who were left with nothing. Once again the waitress would give cake to one to three people at a table and not come back to give the rest of the table cake. Clearly if you rent this hall bring your own catering crew and serving staff. Be ready to deal with poor attitude of the owners.

Giving this place two stars is a far stretch. The two stars are for the interior, which unlike most banquet halls, Is actually nice. The sound system is good. The stage is nice. It doesn’t smell bad. The bathrooms are a good size. The parking is limited, especially if you are having a very large event. We hosted our school’s prom. The event was during the day. Nothing major. The person is charge of helping us with our event, Ingrid, was a nightmare!!!! During our first meeting, she had a comment for everything. Prior to the event, I sent her an email with how many chairs I needed per table (11) Ingrid took it upon herself to put as many chairs as she liked, 10 which threw all the teachers and kids off since there weren’t enough chairs per class. A lot of students had to sit in an “extra table”. She claims there wasn’t enough space, however there was PLENTY of room since these are children, not adults. The napkins and bows were not set up as we discussed. She needed to change it. She decided she wasn’t going to put the chargers we requested. They started setting up the plates roughly at 8:30am. The food took over an hour to come out. Two plates fell and broke near students. She was bothered that I mentioned the table thing. She was bothered I asked her why the food was taking so long. When I walked to the prep area, she was microwaving meals. The icing on the cake was her 4 year old nephew/grandson walking around our event the WHOLE time, despite us telling her countless times he couldn’t be around the students because it was a liability to us. This place could potentially be a 4 Star, but this lady should NOT be in charge of any accounts!!!
