Poor execution of closing documents and protecting sensitive information. They required I follow ‘their’ procedures to complete in order to receive a refund on my insurance check after closing on selling my house and 30 days later never heard back until I called only to find out they had mishandled the documents, not followed protocol, and sent the information to the wrong email. In short, they were incompetent and unprofessional given they never contacted me to let me know they were going to actually follow through properly. Now I have to wait perhaps another 30 days to wait and receive my refund check and that is if they actually have competent ‘professionals’
