They do not follow through on the insurance claim nor do they tell you who they are. I have recorded conversations with this company. Do not use the company tell the dealership you want to use a different gap insurance company. The business considered themselves not to be a insurance company. False advertising

They will make you jump through the 7 rings of hell and then tell you no we don’t owe you anything! After having my motorcycle stolen this was by far the most disheartening thing I experienced. 40 piece’s of paper faxed over. Noterized statements, etc etc etc… nope sorry can’t help ya!
