I made the mistake of hiring Allan García to represent me on my claim and recommend him to a family member and I’m embarrassed to say he’s gone MIA.
In the beginning he explained the process and I accepted but he left out how he really does things. He told me that i would receive a check from the insurance company in the mail and the percentage of his fees. What really happened was a long process that took nearly a year and he was the one to receive the checks and held it and didn’t tell me anything until by mistake it slipped. I didn’t like that because what happened to full transparency as he said he would have. He kept the checks and refused to signed them over to me and insisted that I had to pay him his fees which were like 5,000 dollars which I didn’t have before he could sign the checks over. He kept the checks for about three months in addition after waiting a year for them. I was forced to find a way to pay his fees so I could cash the checks because he threatened me to put lien on my property for his fees plus lawyers fees. Overall sorry to have hired him and recommend him to my family.

Allan did an amazing job navigating my hurricane damage settlement with my insurance company. He outlined the procedures and was with me every step of the way. Allan was fully vested in making sure I received everything due to me; he truly worked for my benefit increasing my settlement to more than five times the insurance company’s initial offer. I would gladly recommend Allan to anyone needing to use a Public Adjuster and will use him again if the need ever arises.

What a great experience dealing with Alan and Acclaim Public Adjusters. I used him first for my home and then for a business claim both with spectacular results. He made the process easy for me and both times I did MUCH better than if I had just accepted what the insurance company had “offered”. Do not deal with your insurance company alone!
