I DID NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY 3 STARS ON PURPOSE. DON’T GET THIS INSURANCE. IT SUCKS. THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO KEEP FROM PAYING ANYTHING. EVEN IF IT COSTS THE PATIENT EXTREME SUFFERING. THEIR EMPLOYEES WANT YO GET PAID BUT NOT DO ANY WORK

My 95 year old mother has been communicating with Careplus for 7 months now attempting to be reimbursed for approved our of pocket emergency dental expenses. They tell her the check is in the mail or they are working on it…

Worse service ever waiting for more than 3 hours ask for administrators and both out to lunch as well!!! No one to talk to or hear a complain. They need to get their act together. Definitely looking for another Medicare advantage.

Absolutely the worst health care plan in South Florida. The staff is absolutely incompetent and the red tape for authorizations is endless. The objective seems to be that they stall until the patient and doctor just give up. The hold time when calling has gotten increasingly longer and today my doctor’s office advised that they just didn’t have time to wait on the phone for CarePlus to finally answer. Much of the provider information is not available on their website and when you call and request the information, they are unable to even provide a reliable list of qualifying offices in my area.
