Florida Blue – Doral

This is a telemarketing Scam. They call me night and day! I can not make them stop. I block their number every time, report to FCC , nothing works. Good GOD! I have wasted so much time answering their calls. I’m at wits end.

One more pain in the .. take appointment online and even verified my phone number using this insurance. Now when I arrived they say it was system error you given an appointment ooof, just biting my nails why ai chose this insurance and the customer people do no know what they are doing. Have to find a way to move out from this horrible show. Don’t make mistakes like me by trusting them. The worst of the worst company.

It’s just incredible, in the hospital where I was in Doral have not done anything and sent my doctor any papers (although I’m spent after the appointment waiting for the documents they allegedly did almost 20 minutes and they said it was sent to my doctor )and we are now in the next hour tried calling them and find out, got through with difficulty, and it turned out that no direction, they didn’t, in the end, they make the direction of now and I’ll send you my doctor, it turned out that I without this confirmation are not able to get an appointment and sit in the hospital for an hour.
The doctor was very nice and friendly but the girls at the front Desk probably aren’t too interested in their work.

this is the worse insurance i have ever had. The customer service is awful and the clinics are always inaccessible and don’t accept walk ins. I have had so many problems with florida blue, which has never happened with any insurance to me. It was a mistake to enroll in this insurance it is an absolute waste of money
