I recently bought an absolutely gorgeous emerald pendant from Queen Emerald with the guidance and expertise of Jose Rodriguez. The website is easy to navigate, has excellent pictures, and the staff is amazing. While the pictures are fantastic, there is no comparison to how amazing the quality of the emerald is in person. It is exactly as he described.

I absolutely recommend calling prior to buying a product. The reason is Jose has so much information that can really help you pick the right emerald for you. He actually encouraged me to pick a less costly item because he felt it was more what I was looking for. His communication was timely and prompt. He even made an extra video for me to get a better understanding of the pendants I was comparing once I was at my final contenders. The product is even more beautiful in person. It arrived wonderfully packaged and exactly at the time he promised.

Moreover, the emeralds come from mines where the workers have fair wages and extra protection. Jose’s deep knowledge of this helped put me at ease when buying the emerald as well.

I will definitely buy emeralds again, as this was my first buy. And I definitely look forward to working Jose on this again, it was an absolute pleasure.

I purchased an emerald and gold bracelet several years ago from Queen Emerald. A few months ago I considered having it lengthened and spoke with Jose Rodriguez at Queen Emerald. The bracelet consists of inter-linked bars with inset emeralds, so this was not a simple matter of adding additional gold links.
He assured me that they could do the necessary revision, match the new emeralds, and it would be like new.
The work they did is absolutely stunning. The additional emeralds are matched with the old and I am Unable to identify which links were added.
Jose kept me informed regarding their work progress repeatedly and continues to follow up to assure my satisfaction.
I happened to be wearing the piece when I visited a higher end jewelry store with a friend and the jeweler commented on the bracelet and was impressed with the quality of the bracelet and the workmanship of the revision.
