Liked that they open very late. Nice staff and very clean. And they don’t make u change your dollars into a million quarters. Their machines take the laundry rechargeable card. Perfect. Easy. Thumbs up from me…

This is my second time ever attending this laundry mat. The staff is very rude and degrading. As I was adding money to my balance, the staff (older short lady with whole curly hair in her 50s) an older gentleman behind me and said “are you guys together?” In Spanish he respond no but I could be. They both had a laugh amongst each other. As I looked back, I notice I was the only female in the area. I proceeded to do my laundry, it’s Monday after working two jobs all weekend, I accidentally thought I was charged twice. When I went back to the staff to explain my issue, she assured me that she didn’t charge me twice. I correct her and said I didn’t say she charge me twice but instead I was charged twice by the machine. She walk up to the machine and ask what was my balance? I said I believe it’s $12 and said well if you subtract $5 you would have your balance. She immediately said do you need me to grab you a calculator. I couldn’t believe the customer service I was receiving. This is very degrading, whether a misunderstanding. She could of kindly said it was a misunderstanding but she was more defensive than helpful.

This place is a literal oven most of time. As soon as you step in it sweat starts dripping down your face. But this is no wonder since there is big windows everywhere with no anti-heat films on them whatsoever and I don’t think they even turn on the AC. Last time I came here to do my laundry someone almost passed from how hot it was. In addition to these, the dryers charge you for almost 75 mins as soon as you insert the card and even have time to take it out. What kind of RIP OFF is this?. I really think the OWNER or whoever runs this place should look into these issues before brings them serious consequences.

Este lugar es literalmente un horno casi todo el tiempo. Tan pronto como entras empiezas a sudar. Pero esto no es sorpresa ya que hay ventanas grandes por todos lados sin ninguna protección para el calor. No creo que tan siquiera prenden el aire acondicionado. La ultima vez que vine aquí alguien casi se desmayó del calor que hacia. Aparte, las secadoras te cobran por casi 75 minutos apenas metes la tarjeta y antes de que tengas tiempo de sacar la tarjeta y pararlo. Que clase de ESTAFA es esta? En verdad pienso que el DUEÑO o quien sea se encarga de este lugar debe de encargarse de estos problemas antes de que les traiga serias consecuencias.
