This place is absolutely horrible. Even if you get a discount the customer service is the worst you will find – ever. They loose shirts on a regular basis and have no intention whatsoever to try and find a solution for it. You won’t be able to talk to anyone who is responsible and eventually they tell you that they are “over you”.
Avoid this place if you can.

Bad customer service. Avoid this place even if you get coupons with discount. The quality of the work is not worthy even with discounts.

Terrible service, overpriced and uncomfortable location. Please do not come here, you’ll save time and money going elsewhere.

Very rude and expensive.

The worst cleaners ever! I had been taking my clothes there and I to take two comforters, when I got them back they had ruined both!!!! When I showed the person working there she was rude and did not empathize at all or apologize. Said was going to speak to owner. I came back for 2 weeks inquiring of how they where going to handle this and every time, the employee said she had no answer yet. After two weeks I was really upset and finally employee call the owner and gave me the phone to talk to him. The Owner instead of apologizing and giving me a solution, gave me an attitude. basically he said it was not their fault that probably the comforters brand was to blame. The comforters both where Ralph Lauren and had them cleaned before in another cleaners and I had never had a problem. I ended just angry, dealing with an owner and employees with attitude and loosing both my comforters. Please don’t bring your cloths or anything to this cleaners, avoid the Bad Customer Service!!!!
