Very good costumer service. Alterations lady is excellent. Very pleased with the dry cleaning services and prices are awesome

I brought 3 items to these people on a Saturday where I was informed that everything would be done by Tuesday. I needed all pieces of clothing dry cleaned, 1 button fixed on a shirt, and one pair of dress pants tailored at the bottom. $37 prepaid.

I arrive on Tuesday where I am informed that 2 pieces of clothing are done but the stitching on the pants re-opened and wouldn’t be ready until the following day.

Ok.

I come back on Wednesday, the following day. I am then told one of shirts isn’t ready as the button fell off again and needed to be fixed. It would be ready the following day.

Not ok.

At this point, I am running late 2 days in a row now for work since I work in Broward county and needed the shirt by Wednesday at the latest. I request to the owner that I would just rather take the shirt as is and get a refund since I prepaid for everything.

He makes a call and says that the shirt is actually ready at his other store off 8th street. So, I had to drive to 8th street, get the shirt, and was now more than an hour late for work. Again.

A simple phone call to let me know that particular items weren’t ready or any update would’ve avoided me having to run around 2 days in a row. A credit for the gas I wasted driving to his other store and the time I had to waste for 2 days wasn’t even considered. Terrible customer service in my opinion.

Won’t be returning.

Last time i will bring my shirts to this place. Price is good but the quality is bad. I had many shirts with more than one broken and missing buttons. Not good at all!
