The process is extremely slow and you can never get a status update on your progress, if you dont call your concealers they will not reach out to you if they need new info and when you do call they are always on lunch break no matter what time, they hardly return phone calls and if they do it would be 2 to 3 days later. My experience with this office and staff are less then satisfactory and they didn’t help my situation at all.
