Somebody picked up the phone finally didnt say anything to me when I said I feel like they’re ignoring me on purpose they literally hung up the phone right after I said that .. u have one job pick up the phone and talk. On Friday 19th, I lost my work day to solve a problem with my driver’s license, in front of me about 80 people or more, I don’t know about 3 hours waiting, when I was attended by a Hispanic woman I told her what happened to me and she without looking at the documents she told me you have to bring these documents to me, or send to this fax, I said ok, I did not know what he was asking me, so I call my car insurance and they tell me, what they are asking is what you have there, all that process while people kept going, all that process and she did not want to help me . I kept talking to her in the time I had because she was attending to other people and she kept telling me to send her what she was asking me ok, the boss of the insurance franchise told me that woman does not want to help me , I got upset and left for my home I lost my Friday for nothing, well today I go to the agency that is in Hialeah and Okeechobee and a very kind lady attends me in 10 minutes she solved the problem with the same documents.

Customer service is much better than in previous years. The DMV has finally started to address the issue of quality customer service, with the technological revolution of the past 15 years, the DMV has embraced emerging tech to assist in the expediting the bureaucratic process of the department ( I guess this is true for all government run agencies)
