Baymont by Wyndham Miami Doral

The gentleman here at this location was very knowledgeable and had great computer knowledge, had a good conversation and the stay was nice BEDS could have been better, but it was in a safe place. Trailer parking enclosed trailer that is no semi parking available. The room was clean and Comfortavle for the Night!!

Dirty carpet in the room that felt moist. Room smelled musty and there was mold growing on the corner of the room behind the door and in the ceiling of the bathroom.
In the parking lot there was a used condom thrown on the ground that was never cleaned up during our stay.

One of the worst experiences in a lifetime. Not only because of the smelly and old carpets, but, because of the staff. Melissa at front desk was very rude, aggressive and very badly educated. My reservation expired and when trying to extend for another day she simply insulted me by threatening to call the police, ignoring at all times that she was dealing with a guest that deserved proper attention. When requesting to speak with the manager she said that she would not allow me to speak with anyone. I had to call an uber to leave the hotel and Melissa told me that I couldn’t wait in the lobby as she will call the police, she told me to wait in the parking lot outside the hotel, far from her sight. I only hope that the hotel cameras have registered everything. I strongly recommend not to use this hotel.

The hotel could have done a better job with having at least water in the room to drink, a wider breakfast selection other than cereal and the shuttle service to be better timed to accommodate customers.

That being said, my friend and I needed urgent assistance and Jorge at the front desk was most warm and helpful. He provided options during our time of distress and listened to us attentively despite it being 4am.

Its a very nice place to very quite at night to sleep like a baby. Beds are very comptable. When you come in the front desk always very polite. Great experience mall are close by there is too. Dolphin Mall and International Mall just 3 minutes alway. In front the hotel there is a beautiful farm were you could see the cows. There is small shopping place as well.
