NUVO SUITES HOTEL

Very bad service at front desk. The girls are rude, missinformed and the act as if they are the owners of the hotel. They keep charging my card for a check out late fee that is no correct because we paid everyday . We left 2 days ago and today I received another cherge for a whole day in the hotel plus another ckeckout fees. Thieves

Place is an great place for anyone looking for some place for vacation and has blpool and bars and restaurants and close to MIAMI MIA AIRPORT and great for close shopping and great for sightseeing

Yes, nice looking building architecturally and fast check in, but inside is the opposite. First of all, you are forced to park thru their valet service. It’s free but they take forever and unhappy attitude. Second of all, your rooms are far away from the check-in area… good waking before you get to your room. Third, rooms are smaller compare to the pictures and as you walk to it, the whole hotel doesn’t look well maintained. In summary, I suggest you spent your money on another hotel. Horrible experience.

We just booked one night at this hotel as a stop on our way to fort Myers Beach. Checking in want fast and staff was very friendly. Included in the rate was the valet parking and the very good breakfast. Breakfast had cold and warm food choices.

The room was very nice with a kitchen and even a washer and dryer. The bed was comfortable.

For us the pool area we a great surprise it was located on the third floor. There where to Videowalls and a bar. The water even in December was nice and hot. Absolutely a hotel to come back too.
