Hilton Garden Inn Miami Airport West

As Hilton Diamond members, we have stayed at many Hilton Garden Inns and the Miami West location far exceeded our expectations. This past winter, we had multiple and somewhat complicated reservations at this location as we were using it as our home base between three cruises in addition to leaving our car there for an extended time. The Front Desk Manager, Amanda Graham was extremely understanding and accommodating of our needs. She handled our requests and reservations with the utmost professionalism, efficiency and in a courteous manner. Thank you Amanda for making such a complicated situation turn out so successfully.

I was only here for a 4-day training session for work, but in those days, I experienced friendly staff, cleanliness, amazingly quick service, and a really nice selection for breakfast. I’m not familiar with the costs, but definitely a nice place to have training/conferences. And the gentleman who was helping us throughout was awesome.

Great place to stay! Very clean and very fast service. The bar was really nice thanks to the bartender! Super friendly and helpful. The food was above par. I had some delicious steak dish and I can’t remember the name of it though. It had quinoa and peas and sauteed cabbage with steak cooked to your favorite temperature on top. My mouth is watering thinking about it again lol.

Neat, clean nice staff at dining area. Excellent food. Very few English speaking workers so somewhat difficult if you needed something for your stay to communicate. No sun at the pool except for a sliver after 1:00 pm. So no tanning here if that’s what you wanted.

Staff was exceptional! We forgot something in our room and the front desk clerk went to find it and put it on the next airport shuttle and delivered it to us. Life saver.
The hotel overall is comfy and perfect for an overnight layover with free, convenient, and punctual shuttle service. Restaurant and bar area with TVs perfect for catching a game.
Would definitely stay here again if going through Miami airport.
