La Quinta Inn by Wyndham Miami Airport North

No fridge or microwave in my room- from what I understand most rooms given to CLC card users don’t have one. Not sure if they’re all like this.

Last year when I stayed here the parking lot was dirty and there was an ant problem but they’ve improved in those areas. Bed was really comfy and the rooms do look fairly updated.

Luis at the front desk is probably the best front desk agent I have ever had, and I stay at a hotel 2-3 nights a week all over the southeast for work. He was friendly, courteous, and fast checking me in. My highest compliments to him.

After Motel 6 across form you , Denied service for not been in the first responder occupation..
You were there ,

As a truck driver , and truck breaking down and not having a place to go , was very stressful.
After checking in on line , went to lobby and check in with Alain,

He was very helpful, with my check in,
He was there also when I mention to him that McDonald’s also refuse service for not been in a car ..

He call a restaurant for me to find out if there we’re open, they were and was able to place and order..

I’m bless and surprise to see that there still people and business with such great people that are willing to help others out there..

The building appears very aged. The service was unacceptable. Breakfast options are very limited and they close off promptly at the specific time, no exceptions, not even for water. Rooms were not cleaned in a timely manner. The general public areas were dirty, like the corridors and elevators. Due to the layout of the buildings, depending on where you’re staying it’s a long walk to the check in area which is also were breakfast is served. I won’t stay here again.

Nancy at the front desk is Amazing. She arranged cab for us to go shopping and was always pleasant and very helpful. Alain was so nice on our shuttle to the airport. He was INFORMATIVE about the area and very polite. The hotel itself is not luxurious but its clean and comfortable. Walking distance to both sit down food and fast food. The street is VERY BUSY and the noise early in the morning 4am and on is loud with trash collection and other business but for a bargain acceptable. FREE airport shuttle every hour round the clock along with a simple continental Breakfast. Nothing fancy but really all you need as a traveler.

If your Looking for HIGH END accommodations this is not your place. But if you are looking for a good deal, clean, amd friendly staff this place is for you. We stayed here twice totalling 3 nights and we very satisfied. The pool was inviting and had nice outdoor seating close to all the rooms.

I can’t say enough good things about NANCY at the front desk and ALAIN as being some of the best hotel staff we have encountered.

Close to Miami airport and cruise port. Clean. Friendly, helpful staff. Great for an overnight stay. Pool is lovely – no lifeguard. Continental breakfast was good. Some very good restaurants in the mall next door.
