Extended Stay America – Miami – Airport – Doral – 87th Avenue South

Room was clean. Hotel is nice with a great quiet location. No problems or complaints at all. great front desk staff all around ESPECIALLY BIANCA!!! she is so sweet, helpful and accommodating especially since my husband just had knee surgery. More people should be like miss Bianca at the front desk….will definitely book here again. Great prices too!!!

Great place! Bianca was wonderful and helped me extend my stay when flights got messed up! It was super convenient for getting around, food, dog friendly and close to parks, and perfect for airport transportation! They were great with my dog and gave me quarters for laundry! Would highly recommend!

Honestly, when i got to the hotel it wasn’t what i was expecting but what made it all okay was the customer service. Especially the front desk, Leslie was on top of her things, made me feel welcome and comfortable to ask for anything i needed. She honestly knew what i needed before i did. Her professionalism and work ethic is something you rarely ever see anymore. The only reason i am giving five stars is because of her. Thank you leslie and extended stay America

Let’s start by saying i never leave a review on anything about anything but i felt like this needed to be shared. The room was extremely clean and the customer service was excellent. Anything i needed or asked for Leslie was there to help. She made the extra effort to make me very welcome. She was always happy to help and never made me feel like i was a bother. That’s not easy to find, customer service is extremely important. Leslie will definitely be the reason i will come again. Thank you for the great service and great housekeeping 🙂

The hotel appear to be very well maintained. Hotel was clean, rooms clean and comfortable. I would definitely recommend people to stay at this hotel. The location was very convenient, close to many stores & places to eat. Thank you so much to Leslie for helping me out whenever i needed something 👍🏻
