Provident Doral at The Blue Miami

A+. In what should have been a difficult time (height of COVID-19), staying at the Provident Doral was a pleasure. All of the staff were extremely accommodating and friendly, which made the stay very pleasant. Extremely spacious bedroom, complete with a luxurious bathroom that has a jacuzzi bathtub & wall-mounted TV. Great kitchen setup with island next to large living room & patio/terrace. Not to mention gym, spa, pool amenities normally on offer. Would highly recommend & stay again.

Checked in for today and tomorrow, to celebrate anniversary as this was our special place 3yrs ago. Everywhere i looked the room was dirty. Floors, carpet specially the bathrooms. It is rundown and nowhere near the price!! We had to leave the place was dirty, NO hot water, room phone did not work and no front desk service! The place is fealthy and NO service.

Very nice, the rooms are very big. I only went to spend the night since I went for a concert in the area but one day I will come back and get to know the hotel well.

While me and my wife was on vacation she found this nice hotel and it was far better then we expected.we were greeted by a door man they let us check in a little early.which by the way if you stay here and you get in town a little early you can go there and they a write your name and number down and let you know when your room is ready.but the room was very clean very romantic.nice patio with a ceiling fan.full kitchen with pots and pans and glasses full size refrigerator and a touch screen microwave.the bathroom was extreme large and cozy.with enough room for two(wink wink) lol.and a nice jacuzzi tub.the bed was a lot firm but still comfortable and a smart TV.the staff was great as well.i forgot the guy at the bar who recommended us where to go in key largo but he was friendly and awesome.i would highly recommend this place.

This place was great. The rooms were clean and very spacious. We had a full kitchen and breakfast bar plus 2 full bathrooms. The maid even washed our dishes. The work out room was efficient and they also had a spa area which you could use the steam room free of charge. Would definitely stay here again.
