Extended Stay America – Miami – Airport – Doral

Covers the basics. Wonderful that we can have our dogs without all the hassle. Breakfast was closed due to Covid but we had a mini kitchen that made eating in easy and not always having to order food with a Fresh Market nearby

The manager and staff very professional and kind. the rooms were clean and nice. Location is close to shops and restaurants

Literally the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The tub was disgusting, mold and discoloration everywhere. I wouldn’t step in the tub with even flip flops on. The hot water took 15 minutes to get warm. My husband turned the sink on and the handle fell off the faucet and we couldn’t turn the water off. The room smelled weird. We called to tell the hotel ahead of time our flight was arriving late so we would be checking in late and when we got there the doors to the lobby were locked. We had to call to have someone check us in. Stay somewhere else! Pay for the better hotel room.

I am happy to be back at this hotel and find YEN at the front desk. She is amazing and such a great asset to the company. She always manages to find solutions too all my requests.

This is the second time that I have check-in to this property and YEN always makes my experience the best one ever. This woman is very dynamic, problem solver and has great customer service skills. She always ensures my experience at this property is the best one ever. You guys are lucky to have her here.

I will start by stating that I felt safe at this hotel. The overall appearance is a little grungy as this location is one of the older buildings in this hotel chain. The front desk staff were funny and laid back. I had to wipe all of the surfaces upon arrival. The previous patrons must’ve had children because the remote was covered in grape jelly as was the kitchen counter. I did a quick pick up of the carpet and scrubbed the shower and tub. The pool was very unwelcoming…brown napkins were scattered throughout the pool and the bottom was covered in leaves and branches. The shower was piping hot and the beds had clean linen. I slept comfortably in a quiet area of the hotel.
