Great service….my favorite spot

T.v was fine, bed was stiff but guess that’s good? My big issue was it only had 2 towels and 1 bar of soap provided. No hand towels or hand soap. The floor seemed kinda grimey and the toilet seat was loose. Better places exist for the same price.

I’ve been here a few times but seems like the front staff get ruder everytime I would like to continue to go but other options on the same street are becoming tempting. Makes you wonder. Photo of me waiting on my room

Extremely disappointing. We found ashes, cigarettes and hair all over the room . Cheap material towels, very small ( hand towel size) and they weren’t clean either. The sheets didn’t fix the mattress and had many holes!!!! The pillows smells awful. The bathroom roof had mold stains. The room smells like bleach, not idea why, it seems like they just spray it but not really clean it. You may try other options in the same area, with better prices and better hygiene. We’re never coming back.

Haven’t been to the hotel, but I have called twice and the receptionist is always in a rush and extremely rude. Spanish girl. I want to go, but her attitude is convincing me otherwise
