Excellent front desk customer service. Technicians completed my install in an efficient and timely manner. There was a minor problem with the install, but management went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I wouldn’t hesitate to return again.

Still here after 1:30 min to install just a hitch. I got the first appointment at 7:00 because to be ready in 30 or 40 min to work as they said me, the longest it would take to install a hitch. They have been nice but mechanics need to work faster than they do. Definitely you need to have time off to come here and to install a hitch.

Customer service is horrible very poor, I asked for a rental & needed assistance & I was told nun were available to call the store back to find out their were a few available, Yeni is horrible & I suggest this location do a mass rehire ASAP geeeez I have an account with uhaul spent $100,000 alone this year for our business, Oh no she needs to go back to school tbh

Nice storage facility with mostly climate controlled units. Their website isn’t clear on this, but any second floor units are easily accessed via large elevators! Note that they charge $10 extra monthly for after hours access which doesn’t appear on the UHaul website, but is definitely worth it if you need to get in after office hours– very few storage facilities around here have access outside of their office hours anymore! Very clean, safe, and well maintained. Hialeah Gardens police tend to be in the area overnight, so you don’t run into people lurking there.

Tricky to access at times due to road construction off property, though that should clear up once the Palmetto is finally done (ha!)
