I recently had to manage a move for my company office in Coral Cables, FL. We chose Suddath as our move and decommission (of old space) vendor. Their quote was very competitive. The sales person was very professional and the move went off without a hitch. I planned on it taking until about 10pm and we were all done by 730pm. The crew was great. People usually take the time to gripe about bad service and bad experiences but after dealing with the construction of our new office and dozens of vendors that failed to follow through, I had such a GREAT experience with Suddath that I need to scream it from the mountain tops, if we only had some in Miami. If you’re looking for a reputable company to relocate your office or home or for any storage needs, I ONLY recommend Suddath!
We moved a month ago from Miami Beach to Doral last month and I am so glad we chose Suddath because from start to finish and even after the move as well, it’s been a pleasure to work with such a professional company.
My first encounter was with their Sales Executive, Bill Sonntag, who made himself available around my schedule and actually showed up when he said he would, followed up as promised and reached out to our building manager at the new office and the existing office to coordinate all the necessary details. Bill was easy to work with, pleasant and professional. Can I stress that he was punctual and showed up on the day that he promised? That’s not such a common thing anymore. For anyone dealing with construction, as we were, and with multiple vendors, like we were and tons of hungry moving companies calling to try and get the business who once given the “in” to meet and discuss, repeatedly missed their appointments and didn’t call, so the experience pre-move with Bill was very special and commendable. Also, once the moving day was approaching, he returned for another site visit and made necessary changes, explained things in more detail and once the move was completed he was still easily available for help in storing items we didn’t have room for and in helping with the billing and invoice portion. If you want a reliable and professional company to trust your moving needs to, I wholeheartedly recommend SUDDATH!

The day of the move, was a long and arduous day but the crew that came to do the hard work of moving us lead by Elvis Machado and Fredo Pabon were AMAZING!!! I can’t say enough about them.
They worked non-stop from early afternoon to 2am without complaining or taking a break. I’ve never seen anything like it. I’ve never had the experience where a team of laborers were so easy to work with. They worked like animals all the while maintaining a goal-oriented pace and a positive and friendly disposition. The entire crew didn’t gripe or whine once nor did they stop. Even the younger ones were not taking breaks to look at their phones or Snapchat or talk to their friends. They also efficiently resolved any conflicts that arose during the move, like when we needed more trucks because we’re apparently borderline hoarders, and all with smiles on their faces. Sincere smiles too. These are hardworking guys that care about their work and the customer. It was our pleasure to hire such an extremely dedicated and reliable team from Suddath to relocate our office! I highly recommend them! Call Suddath for your relocation and storage needs.
