Ofelia Martinez does not understand how important is for a business to have a good customer service, I believe anybody can do a better job answering phone calls. Being rude is one of the ultimate ways to lose friends and allies – and without those, how can she expect her business to grow? Anyway, if you want to be mistreated along the way, ignore my post,.
