They are either understaffed or their pharmacists are too tired. I’ve had to follow up on some of prescriptions because they didn’t fill them days after the doctor prescribed them. I’ve had to go in person because they never answer their phone, if someone picks up, they’ll leave you on hold forever. I’ve been there waiting in line to pick up a prescription and I hear the phone go: “Pharmacy Call” “Pharmacy Call” in a robotic voice over and over and no one picks it up. I just tried calling to get their FAX number for a doctor that needs it and no one answered. They should have the FAX number on the voicemail greeting or online. I checked both. NADA. They are all good hard working people, I just feel bad that customers have to suffer because of inadequate staffing. By the way, I spend around $1,000 at that store every year for all kinds of items. We’re not just pharmacy customers. It’s the closest and most convenient location for me, so I’m sticking it out with them but hope that the CVS management help them become more efficient and, more importantly: GET THEM HELP!

Really bad service, spent 2 hrs to pick a medicine for a patient discharged of an Open Heart Surgery who had a strong chest pain, an unbelivable, we until more than 2 hrs to get the medicine.
Awful service and poor humanity sense.
